We do not refund: * Unclaimed or undelivered envelope/packages. * Insufficient address (so please check your address is correct before you order an item) * Refused packages We do use the address supplied via folksy so please make sure your address is correct. Items that are returned to me as undeliverable will be reshipped at the buyer's expense or, if the item isn't custom or personalized, you can request a refund for the item cost only, shipping fees are non-refundable. Custom & personalized items will not be refunded due to wrong address or failure to collect item from the post office.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
