Buying from me
Most items in my shop are made to order so please allow 1-3 weeks for order production depending on the items and the size of your order. I gladly accept custom orders. Please message me for a production time quote. If you need your order urgently please send me a message before ordering to check if I can get the items to you in time
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
If you decide to return an item please contact us within 14 days to inform seller that you are making a return, as required by EU law. Returns made without contacting the seller will not be honored.
Any items returned must be in original undamaged and unused condition. You must use tracking recorded delivery as proof of return as I cannot be held responsible for lost items in the mail, we do not refund the cost of returns delivery.
I am not able to accept any returns on custom orders.
A refund for your items will occur when it has been received and checked by us.
* All return items must be in original condition & packaging.
* We do not refund returns mail cost.
* Unless there is a defect in the item, custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.
* If an item arrives damaged I will require photographs (within 48 hours) of the item and packaging before I can issue a refund.
We do not refund:
* Unclaimed or undelivered envelope/packages.
* Insufficient address (so please check your address is correct before you order an item)
* Refused packages
We do use the address supplied via Folksy so please make sure your address is correct. Items that are returned to me as undeliverable will be reshipped at the buyer's expense or, if the item isn't custom or personalized, you can request a refund for the item cost only, shipping fees are non-refundable. Custom & personalized items will not be refunded due to wrong address or failure to collect item from the post office.
