Full description
Lexi is an 'one of a kind' sculpture, handmade by me Sandra.
She is constructed on a wire armature and is a fabric sculpture. No molds were used - I sculpted the face and body. Lexi is made from fabric dipped in a resin type paste to harden it. I used broidery anglaise for her dress and hessian for her shawl. She could go outside and the dipped fabric is well able to withstand frost and cold, but I did make her for inside the home. She is in a bronze finish which gives her little twinkley bits in her finish. She can be washed (instructions given) but mostly a quick dust is all she requires. She is standing upon a recycled hardwood candlestick which looks really good and gives a classy finish.
She measures 20 inches tall.
