The original design of these poppies were so popular over the last two years, that this year I thought I would create a new version. I often use very fine thread to create lacy flowers, bracelets and bookmarks. By using finer thread, this poppy is less bulky and more delicate looking than the original. After a few attempts, I was able to create a pattern that gave the same shape as the original poppy design.

Full description

Made in the same design as the Royal British Legion Poppy, this poppy is an environmentally friendly way to remember those who have and still are serving out country. £1 goes to the Royal British Legion for each poppy sold.

There is a safety pin sewn on the back and each poppy is about 4cm high and 4cm wide.

Feel free to message me if you would like your poppy sewn onto a hairband or a hair clip instead of a safety pin.

I have written permission from Royal British Legion to sell these poppies.
