Every year I put up the tree and I unwrap the decorations. So many of them come with a memory - the place I bought it from or the person who bought it for me - that the decorations themselves become part of my Christmas traditions. Enough people have told me about their 'special' boxes of decorations to make me realise I'm not the only person who feels like that. So, I wanted to create something that would provide people with memories. Tree Jewels are tiny so they can be added to decorations on a big tree but they don't look out of place on a little tree. Angels are an integral part of the Christmas story but even so, I wanted to design an angel of winter whose robe includes a shimmer of ice. When it came to naming the design I discovered there is an angel called Attarib who is a traditional angel of winter.

You are buying a single hand embroidered and beaded Christmas tree decoration. All Tree Jewels decorations come boxed and include a certificate of authenticity. The reverse is decorated with rhinestones which provide a date code.
Tree Jewels are tiny – not including the ribbon they measure 6x4cms and have a design area of 4x3cms. They were designed specifically for people who like small decorations or who only have space for small trees and want decorations that are intricate and collectable. Despite its small size, Attarib, the winter angel, includes 14 seed or cylinder beads and one pony bead plus two shades of metallic thread.
Postage and packing is free within the UK
Please note that Tree Jewels are decorations and not toys; please do not let young children play with them. Also, please keep cats away from them – it is possible their claws could get caught in some of the stitches.
