Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Items will be dispatched within 3 working days from payment of purchase. All items will be shipped by Royal Mail or courier, (Hermes or other similar). whilst packages generally arrive MUCH sooner, I allow up to 2 weeks for domestic and 4-5 weeks for international delivery before resending / refunding for non delivery. Thank you for your understanding! Please remember that shipping around any holiday can be very unpredictable and therefore priority upgrades are recommended to ensure faster delivery time! IMPORTANT NOTE: International buyers are responsible for any and all customs charges, taxes and additional postage fees. For faulty goods: These must be returned straight away, wrapped as they were received in their original packaging. I want you to be happy with your purchase, but if , for whatever reason, you are not, please return it ,undamaged, in the same packaging within 10 days of receipt and I will give a refund for the item or exchange for another item of the same value. Return postage will not be paid for these items. If the item is damaged or faulty, you must let me know immediately and I will be happy to exchange it as soon as I receive the returned item. Please note: I must be informed of breakages within 3 days of you receiving the item to qualify for replacement. Must be returned within 3 working days, from receipt,wrapped as they were received in their original packaging. If we are charged import duties by UK customs when goods are returned, these costs will be deducted from your refund. We are charged these where you state on the customs form the name of the goods and value. Please mark any returns coming from abroad with RETURNING MERCHANDISE FOR REFUND on your customs form. The only items I cannot accept as a return are special orders that have been made specifically for you or wholesale orders. ANY GOODS RETURNED MUST HAVE PROOF OF POSTAGE.

Full description
A holly wreath that has been made in stained glass.
Each piece of holly has been cut from a plain green cathedral glass.
The edges were ground and wrapped in copper foil.
The edges were tinned and the pieces of holly soldered onto a ring of tinned copper wire.
Smaller pieces of copper wire were tinned and curled before soldering into place for decoration.
Red glass nuggets have been added to represent berries.
This wreath can be hung on a wall ,door or in a window to reflect the sun's rays.
The wreath measures, approximately 29cm across.
