For the technically-minded this was made using the mokume-gane technique. I tend to use this method with some additional texture so some of the plaques are not just striped, but slightly ridged. It was an interesting way of using up some lilac coloured clay which I didn't like much as a solid colour but which combines really well with silver and white, and has also blended to produce a lilac-pink shade.

This lightweight bracelet features slightly textured plaques in random stripes.
The silver-plated bracelet has been set with individual plaques of striped patterns - no two are the same. The plaques are made from polymer clay in white, metallic silver and lilac, lightly polished by hand to bring out the sheen. The plaques will continue to polish slightly when you wear the bracelet so it will retain its subtle sparkle from the mica pieces in the metallic silver clay.
Made to be worn as a 7.5" (standard size) bracelet there is enough chain to fit a larger wrist as the bracelet measures approximately 9.5" (24cms) including the lobster clasp.
This is a handmade item and the bracelet you receive might vary slightly from the one in the photograph.
