Buying from me

Following my diagnosis of myeloma I have decided to give at least 10% of my sales revenue to charities such as Macmillan and Cancer Research UK. Statistically we will all encounter cancer as an observer, carer or sufferer so I hope you will understand and support this decision. I intend to keep the business open on Folksy for as long as possible.

I am happy to undertake custom orders so please contact me if there is something special you would like me to make for you.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Earrings must be returned in their original sealed, unopened plastic bag.
