I love the Victorian era, I also love to solder so I have combined the 2. I had some coins from Queen Victorias reign and decided to make a Christmas tree decoration with it.
My idea behind the design is that the Victorian era is when celebrating Christmas started to become popular, and traditions like decorating a tree was adopted
I have 2 pieces of 1.5" glass with a coin from 1897 between them. I have hand soldered around the 2 pieces of glass using lead free silver solder. Ive added a length of ribbon so it can be hung from a branch on your tree.
Packaging will be practical rather than pretty with plenty of bubble wrap.
