I had bought myself a deep red checked dress, quite a change for me as my entire wardrobe seems to consist of blue, green and the shades inbetween. Having red hair I, was brought up avoiding red clothing but I just loved the deep red. This inspired me to try and capture the luscious red shade of my dress in some of my designs.
