I saw this archway and was inspired by the beauty of the stone with the rose climbing up. Summer gardens are full of beautiful roses in a range of gorgeous colours - inspiration for artists and gardeners alike!

Full description
This beautiful, stone archway is in Yorkshire and was painted by me after a visit to some wonderful botanical gardens.
I have used professional watercolour paints and Inktense pencils to create this original work of art. I painted it onto 300gsm acid free watercolour paper leaving a contrasting white border around the edge.
The paper measures 10 X 7 inches (254 X 178mm) and the painted area measures approximately 8 X 5 inches (205 X 130mm).
It will be sent by first class post having been wrapped in cellophane and tissue paper before being placed in a board-backed envelope.
