The Booth Museum in Brighton has the most fantastic collection of animal bones and stuffed birds, brought together by Victorian naturalist Edward Thomas Booth. I have been drawing and photographing there for many years - I love not only the sculptural quality of the bones, but also how - at the right angle and in the right light - the individual skeletons appear to have their own 'personalities', as with this young orang-utan specimen.
