Full description
This Beech bowl has been made from a local, kiln dried Beech wood. It is perfect for holding small fruits, or alternatively, it can also be used as a desert bowl.
After turning the bowl has been sanded perfectly smooth. The grain has then been raised before being given a final light sanding. Then multiple treatments of food safe mineral oil have been applied.
The bowl can be washed in water (but avoid the dishwater) then dry with a soft cloth. To preserve the wood from drying out over time, further applications of oil (mineral or walnut oil) are recommended.
