My name is Ruth Oliver and The Make Arcade is my little business. I have lots of stitching experience! My first sewing session was aged 10 on the family sewing machine and via a learning curve of scrunchies, cushions and interesting fashion statements I went on to study at The London College of Fashion. A career designing handbags, luggage and accessories followed with a recent stint at a Royal Milliners. As a lifelong crafter and sewer I want to share and pass on her skills and knowledge to enable the pleasure and practicality of sewing and making to continue to new generations. Let's get our craft on!

Whether a curious beginner or established sewer this kit provides everything you need to make stitch a gorgeous piece of artwork - a perfect gift for anyone who would like to learn to sew or just a fun project for yourself!
An original design has been digitally printed on to cotton so you can add your stitching and details using our tips and instructions. Mount the finished work on to the hoop and hang in pride of place!
Each craft kit contains everything you need to stitch your own piece of artwork including a needle. The only thing you'll need is a pair of scissors. Oh, and a cup of tea and a biscuit to help the job along (we haven’t worked out a way of posting those yet!)!
The kit is beautifully packaged in a recycled kraft box and can be use to store your work if you get interrupted mid task! All of the components are ethically sourced, and purchased from UK companies where possible. This kit includes: digital print artwork, 5" wooden hoop, embroidery threads, needle and full instructions, all beautifully packaged.

At The Make Arcade we are passionate about sewing, craft, design and creating! We design these kits in our Salisbury studio and put each one together individually by hand to create some unique crafty loveliness!
