I have a large personal collection of vintage bags and purses which influence my designs. I like to combine a vintage feel with a contemporary look, using the bespoke needlecraft techniques that I have learnt from my work as a professional costume maker.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
All of the handmade items for sale in my shop are Bespoke and/or Personalised, and are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty. Please notify damaged or faulty goods to me immediately and return them within 7 days of receipt (please ensure that your package is recorded by the carrier as I cannot assume responsibility for items lost in the post). Any refund due will be paid to you via PayPal.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

PERSONALISED SILK BUTTONS
HANDMADE TO ORDER
This listing is for five buttons which I will handmake from cream silk and embroider with your choice of letters or numbers (one letter or number per button) in cream thread.
Each of the buttons measures 15mm in diameter, has a rust-proof metal base beneath the fabric, and a metal shank on the back to sew the button into position.
ORDERING PERSONALISED BUTTONS
Once you have placed your order, I will contact you to check which letters or numbers you would like embroidered onto the buttons. If you would like additional buttons, at a cost of £2.50 per button, please contact me before ordering so that I can put a special custom listing in my shop for you.
