A landscape in a heart and a rainbow thrown in for good measure. This is what I think Stained Glass should be.

Full description
This is a stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
A new heart design for 2014, a series of hearts depicting mini landscapes.
My previous 3 versions have been fields on the land so this time I've moved my fields to the ocean.
The top of the heart shows a big yellow sun and a blue sky.
In the foreground is a little beach and a green field. Then the ocean fills the heart with waves.
I've used lots of different textures, plenty of iridescent so this piece has a lot of movement.
It has a twisted wire surround for strength and neatness.
This is 12 cm in diameter and hangs from a little silvery chain which is securely attached to the top of the heart.
I never make two pieces exactly the same, I always use slightly different colours and textures of glass for each piece to ensure it is unique.

A lovely present at any time for someone you love and is guaranteed to be totally unique.
