Full description
This miniature rock pool is made in a large scallop shell. The base has a layer of blue resin to provide depth to the rock pool, this has a sprinkle of glitter on the top and then more layers of resin are added with various sea creatures and shells in them. This rock pool has two miniature crabs, three star fish and a sea horse.
The resin looks like water but is solid to the touch - I bet everyone that sees it will touch the resin to see if it's wet!!
For extra detail a freshwater pearl has been added in the claws of the crab. This shell measures approximately 11x12 cm and is the largest of the rock pools that I currently make.
This rock pool would look great on its own or in a group with other shells or rock pools. I have a collection in my home and it always receives a lot of compliments and comments. Each rock pools is always unique.
