A friend of mine who is a teacher, was complaining about how impossible it was to find attractive decorations for Easter that had a religous theme. She asked if I could custom make her a visual calendar for Holy Week, and viola... this is the finished product.

This beautiful handcrafted item is a wonderful way to engage children in the traditions of Easter.
The Holy Week calendar depicts Palm Sunday, the last supper, the crucifixion, the tomb and the resurrection, made of felt pieces. Each piece attaches to purple ribbon (the colour of lent) with velcro, and a ribbon hook at the top makes it possible to hang on the wall.
