Full description
A pretty crocheted cream mug cosy with a lovely cross stitched blue tit sewn on. All handmade by myself. This would be a perfect gift for someone who loves garden birds.
The cream mug cosy is crocheted using acrylic yarn. It measures 8cm in height and will fit a standard mug with a 8cm diameter. There is a tab with button for fastening around the mug. It passes through the handle. The blue tit is hand stitched onto white Aida with embroidery silks and then sewn on to the mug cosy.
Cross stitch is another craft that I enjoy and I find it very relaxing and therapeutic. It also gives my hands a rest from knitting. Each little cross stitch bird design takes me about 2 hours to sew and then I have to make the crochet hug mug base as well.
Gentle hand wash only. Do not tumble dry.
Buttons may vary. Mug not included.
