I've been playing about with natural dyes for a couple of years now and was intrigued to see the shades of blue and green that could be achieved with: previously dyed fabrics over dyed with Indigo.

Full description
This small case-bound notebook has been created using traditional bookbinding methods; it is completely handmade, all papers have been: cut, folded, sewn, rounded then cased by hand.
I have made the book-cloth out of recycled (well laundered) embroidered linen, which I have dyed twice with natural dyes: first with a dye bath made out Golden Rod flowers, then over dyed with Indigo to produce a soft pale green.
Measurements: height 11.2 cm width 11 cm and depth 2 cm ( approx 4 3/8" x 4 1/4" x 3/4 ")
The book contains: 110 pages of assorted recycled and scavenged papers and 5 handmade envelopes (assorted colours)
