You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

My aim is for you to enjoy using my items, as much as I enjoy making them I will therefore accept return of this item if you are not 100% satisfied for any reason This item is ready for posting, if you would prefer the design in a different colour, then please ask, I am always happy to supply to order. it may take a little longer, but I aim to please
