You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

PAYMENT All payments are to be made via PayPal and must be made within 2 days after purchase or sale could be cancelled and item re-listed SHIPPING All featured items are posted/ shipped out within 3 working days after cleared payment. Goods will be shipped/posted Royal Mail 2nd class to all UK addresses (Please allow 7 working days for delivery). RETURNS If you are unhappy with your purchase you have the right to cancel the contract and return the goods within 7 days after receipt, as long as it’s in the condition that it was sold. I will issue a refund within 30 days. The buyer must pay the return postage. All items are in perfect condition when posted to you. All items will come in a sealed cello bag

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
