Full description
This is a craft kit with which you can create your own unique tree art.
The kit contains a tree trunk and various pieces of coloured and patterned fabric to cut into leaves and sew onto the bare tree trunk. A leaf stencil is also provided as a guide to cut out your leaves.
All you need to add is the sewing thread, a needle, scissors, a pencil or dress maker's chalk and a smidgen of imagination.
The printed trunk is around A4 size and there is some extra space around this. It would be great framed.
A mixture of plain and patterned fabrics are provided to make the leaves. These will include a selection of poly cottons, cottons and other fabric types. Fabric will be chosen at random and the selection pictured is only to be used as a guide. I can provide in multi-coloured or green - please specify when ordering.
The tree trunk has been made from a hand cut paper stencil, so the design will vary slightly from the completed tree pictured. As each design has been screen printed by hand, there maybe some slight imperfections, these will be very minor (I would not let anything go to a new home that is not good enough!).
The trunk has been printed with a fabric medium and set with an iron, however, I would recommend the finished piece be framed to prevent any wearing off of the colour through contact.
