I never send out a random replacement in the rare case that something you ordered is out of stock. I will always try to get in touch with you, to hear whether you wish to cancel or change your order.

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Full description
Often it is hard to choose a colour of thread for your project or a selection of projects from the screen. These colour cards are here to help.
My sample cards have a piece of the actual thread for you to see and feel attached to them. They feature the colour names in original language on the front, as well as German and English on the backside (if it's not already on the front).
In the photos you can see different such charts that I made in the past. The one you will receive might look slightly different. All are handmade.
You will receive one chart. Please let me know during checkout which one you want. Available are:
