Title - Flying Home
Taken in Faro, Portugal. 2010.

One of the first things I noticed when I stepped out of my hotel onto Faro's streets are the huge herons which live high up in the streetlights. I was there in springas all the mummy birds sat on their nests while the dads busily gathered what they needed to make their homes ready for the young. The heron in the photo was particularly diligent and as the sun set, he continued to work hard gathering twigs and sticks which he took back for his partner to add to their nest.

The image is also available as a loose print, mounted print, framed print and other sizes of canvas.

Canvases printed using HP Latex ® colours, which are guaranteed to be fade-resistant for a minimum of 70 years. Canvases are then coated with a solvent layer which protects them from dirt and humidity meaning they are suitable for hanging in bathrooms and kitchens.

SHIPPING
Everything is made to order, so it is fresh as a daisy. I ship your order as soon as I have inspected it and I package things as well as possible to minimise the risk of damage in transit. Canvases are sent via Parcel Force.
PLEASE NOTE: due to shipping costs, canvases for outside UK are sent directly from the manufacturer and aren't inspected by me beforehand. In case of errors, please contact me immediately so I rectify it.
