Hand dyed in Germany, and handspun in England, this gorgeous blend of very soft merino fibre and luscious tussah silk is so slinky it almost moves by itself! Treat yourself to a touch of elegance with this yarn. Its deep green colour is reminiscent of pine trees in winter brushed with frost, but the warmth of the fibre is sure to keep out the northern cold.

Handspun yarn 85% Merino fibre / 15% tussah silk
"Midwinter"
Handspun in the Cotswolds. Amount: not less than 240 yards (75g). Knits to approx 4ply weight. Cool wash by hand only. Perfect for a luxury pair of gloves or socks, or a soft light shawl.

As is often the case, monitor and digital colours vary. This yarn is a dark forest green colour overall with sparkling silk highlights in dark green, light green and white.
