Taking a mini break so won't be posting after midday Monday to midday Thursday. But that still leaves lots of time for Mother's Day post to get to you. xx

This is my interpretation of a Holly Wreath. Bright green leaves and berries but small enough to hang in the window.

Full description

This is a stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.

A new 2014 design for Christmas. A Holly Wreath. 8 bright shiny holly leaves round a white swirly glass nugget, which could be a bit of snow, and 8 red holly berries between the leaves.

This looks very festive and would make a lovely Xmas decoration but my suncatchers are for year round display so no need to take it down on 12th night.

It looks fantastic hanging in the window where it catches the light and spreads its colours.

The suncatcher is 13 cm in diameter and hangs from a little silvery chain which is securely soldered to the top.

I never make two pieces exactly the same. Even from the same pattern I always use slightly different colours and textures of glass.

All photos are of this suncatcher as the first I've made of this design.
