The Chromatic Rainbow is a variation of my Classic Rainbow series. Chroma means colour. It denotes purity and freedom from monotony. Rainbow speaks of hope and Divine favour.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

PAYMENT: Paypal only. POSTAGE & PACKING: All goods sold will be carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and sent in a box. Your item is usually dispatched within 2-3 working days on receipt of payment. If due to unforeseeable circumstances there is a delay, I will contact you REFUNDS & RETURNS: Please report any damage within 3 days of receipt. Where a claim of damage is made, the item must be returned by the Buyer to Glass by Lydia Haines within 14 days of delivery. The Buyer shall be entitled to a replacement or a full refund (excluding delivery costs) if the item is in fact damaged. Please email me before returning the item and please obtain proof of posting. Please note I am unable to refund returned item if it is lost in the post. Full refund less shipping cost will be issued within 7 days of receipt of returned item.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

A single 12cmx12cm Rainbow colour Trinket Dish, 6mm thick
Can be used for holding nibbles, jewellery, candles, aromatic essential oils or just as an decorative piece.
12 Stripes of transparent dark red, red, orange-red, orange, amber, spring green, pine, aqua, turquoise, light violet, purple, dark violet and bronze glass, all handcut, with thin lines of brown and cobalt, kiln-fired into a smooth surface and, at a second firing, slumped into shape. At Glass by Lydia Haines, I only use top quality Bullseye Glass.
