Inspiration
SoapAroma came into being after a desire to understand what it was I was putting on to my young children's skin at each bath time. Armed with a greater understanding of what was useful and what was not I set about making my own soap by hand from scratch, first for my family and then for friends. Since my very first handmade bar and the inevitable 'Happy Soaper' dance I have taken my small scale, one woman hobby to another creative level and have experimented with a range of natural colours, botanicals and essential oils but the aim is always to keep the soaps simple, mild and kind to use. Some of my soaps are regular performers but I also keep the creativity going by producing smaller one-off batches and who knows as a fan base grows they may too be making a more permanent appearance.
Packaging is minimal and biodegradable.

Full description
The ultimate warming bar has been given a small makeover and is available gift wrapped for Christmas. This handcrafted natural soap comes wrapped in red handmade mulberry paper finished with a cigar-style paper band containing full ingredient details . Each soap is then hand tied with butchers twine to a hemu wood free-draining soap dish.
A combination of cinnamon, clove and sweet orange essential oils come together with a dark chocolate swirl of cinnamon powder. Made with olive oil, sustainable organic palm oil, coconut oil, cocoa butter and fair trade organic Shea butter.
Each bar is approximately 110g but often weighs more. As each bar is hand cut soaps may vary in size and may present with the odd dent or bump adding to the character of a handcrafted item.
Storage and use:
This is a premium product, hand made without artificial preservatives. Store in a cool,dry place prior to use. Natural soap will last longer if allowed to dry out between uses in a free draining soap dish.
All soap recipes have been independently assessed.
