Smeaton's Tower originally stood on Eddystone Rocks, fourteen miles out to sea from Plymouth. It has always been an inspiration for my painting and I have created several versions in the past. This new painting is from a different view looking back towards the Marine Laboratory.

Full description
This painting is an original, handpainted watercolour of Smeaton's Tower, the lighthouse on the Hoe in Plymouth, Devon.The ACEO measures 2.5 x 3.5 inches (63 x 89mm).
It has been painted onto 300gsm watercolour paper, using artist's quality Winsor and Newton paints, and is initialled by the artist (me!) in the bottom right-hand corner. I have written the title, year and signed it on the reverse.
It is protected by an ACEO-sized cellophane sealed bag in a board backed envelope and will be sent to you by first class post.
