Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

If your lampshade is delivered to you damaged/broken in the post while in transit to you, please email / message me STRAIGHT AWAY with pictures of the damage (the packaging, the lampshade etc). I would need these to claim for insurance. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL CUSTOM / BESPOKE ORDERS & GIFT CERTIFICATES / VOUCHERS ARE NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE. SAME APPLIES TO FABRICS SOURCED ON BEHALF OF THE CUSTOMER

Handmade Lampshade in a Berry Geometric lampshade design. Bold holly red pink and grey African wax print fabric. A lovely red and pink lampshade that will brighten up any dull spot.

Medium Drum lampshade - Diameter 30cm x Height 21cm
Made with a flame retardant PVC which has passed the Lighting Associations Glow wire test.
All my products are made in a smoke and pet free studio
We recommend you use low energy efficient light bulbs with our lampshades. Supplied with a 42mm European shade ring and includes a 29mm UK adaptor.
