Full description
This is a cute red agate heart pendant necklace. It is created with a real red agate heart gemstone, silver plated brass, silver plated copper, red waxed cord and a real red agate gemstone on the extender. It is great for casual wear or as a statement necklace.
The necklace is 20 and a half inches (52.1 cm) long and expands to 22 inches (55.9 cm). It is fastened with a bolt ring clasp. The heart measures 1 and 3 quarter inches (4.3 cm) wide and 2 inches and a bit (5.4 cm) long.
Agate is a member of the quartz family and was discovered in 4 BC. It is made from silicon dioxide, and often originates in cavities of molten rock. Agate has many mythical qualities. It is supposed to make the wearer more pleasant and agreeable. It is believed to quench thirst, protect against viruses and to cure insomnia.
The necklace will be presented in a velveteen bag.
