You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

We accept PayPal only. However you do not need a PayPal account as you can also pay by credit and debit card on the PayPal site. Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped which via Pay Pal is usually immediately. If you are having any issues with PayPal, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will attempt to assist you in any way we can. Items are shipped securely and within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has cleared. We take every care to package your item, so it is protected in travel and items are wrapped in bubble wrap and corner protectors to prevent them getting damaged. * Europe customers: A delay of 3 to 14 business days should be expected for the delivery of your order. *Please note that the delay may vary depending on different factors that are out of our control such as location, holidays, customs, etc. * U.S and Canada customers: A delay of 4 to 16 business days should be expected for the item delivery. Please note that the delay may vary depending on different factors that are out of my control such as location, holidays, customs, etc. * International customers: A delay of 6 to 20 business days for the item delivery should be expected. Please note that the delay may vary depending on different factors such as location, holidays, customs, etc. Please look at the postage options carefully and choose the most appropriate method. We cannot be held responsible for any International customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or tariffs levied that may be charged after the initial postage. If your Folksy and Paypal address differ, please let us know in the "message to seller" note during checkout. If you do not notify us and we cannot reach you within 48 hours after payment we will ship the item to the address provided during Folksy checkout. If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact us! Refunds and Exchanges Please contact us immediately should you be unhappy with your purchase. Each return is handled on an individual basis. * Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order in case of a refund or an exchange. The returned items must be in their original condition, with no sign of wear, and the return shipping charges are at the cost of the customer. Your purchase will be refunded (minus shipping fees) or exchanged once I receive the returned item. * Any returned items must be mailed recorded delivery.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
