The Zuni bear caught my eye only a few weeks ago. I've used this lovely symbol in other jewellery,but this one is so striking in its simplicity I knew that only turquoise and silver would be needed to bring out its appeal.

Full description
This delicate 42cm necklace was inspired by the North American Indian Zuni bear,a fetish spirit which protects the west.
The polished steel pendant has a drop of 3cm,and the stylised bear has symbols cut into it whose meanings I don't know - though I hope they don't mean anything offensive! He is a beautifully minimalist bear with pleasing lines.
I partnered him with real turquoise beads and hearts. Even the very tiny beads used as spacers are turquoise The silver beads are Tibet silver and have delicate hearts and patterns on the surface. The lobster-claw clasp is made of 925 silver.
I've tried to make it of the materials associated with American Indians,though real silver beads would have been too expensive to stretch to!
It will be posted out within 24 hours of payment being received,and with a toning gift bag. UK First Class postage is included.
Please be aware that my photos were taken under changing light conditions (it's a wild, stormy day today) so the colours may have been affected by this.
