You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

The gift card / voucher will be posted out to you or If you want it sent directly to the recipient please put in 'note to seller' the recipient's name, postal address & any short message (optional). It will have it's own unique redeemable code which has to be quoted when redeeming the gift voucher
All gift cards / vouchers / certificates by Detola and Geek last up to 6 months from date of purchase. They are non-refundable, non-transferable and have no cash value.
