AVAILABILITY - Currently EVERYTHING on the shop is available 'as is'.
MATERIALS - I use only high-quality silver bullion, all my jewellery is made from 100% recycled Sterling Silver.
I grew up within a family environment of three generations of needlewomen and at an early age became fascinated with my Grandmother’s talents! My love of textiles and haberdashery stem from the pleasure of rooting through a button box of brightly coloured ‘treasures’, the tangled skeins of embroidery threads and the collections of innumerable jewel-coloured reels of cotton, which is what this pendant is inspired by.

Cotton reel pendant.
Sterling silver cotton reel with cotton thread detail, completely handmade in my Studio in York.
(please note you can now choose your necklace length and colour thread when ordering)
My cotton reel jewellery is beautifully hallmarked at the Sheffield Assay Office, deep lasered in a unique curve to reflect the vintage cotton reel labelling. It is a beautiful and unique element to the pieces.
As well as a love for textiles and haberdashery I've a penchant for vintage and found objects and one of my collections is old cotton reels. The hallmarking placement is inspired by them.
The cotton reel itself is 12mm in diameter and approx 10mm to 12mm high. I vary the height slightly which adds to its unique nature. I use sterling silver trace chain for the necklace, which I secure at 25" long, a perfect length for this tactile pendant.
Packaged in a branded gift box and posted 1st class large letter tracked post, inside a large letter sized postal box for saftey.
