When I found this piece of hand embroidery I knew it had to be used for something uniquely special. I have always been drawn to the form of a moon-gazing hare, and thought this embroidery would suit the form perfectly.

Full description
Horatio is a handmade textile art hare from my own design. He is made from a vintage, hand embroidered tray cloth and other cotton type vintage fabric. His paws are thread jointed. He has been stuffed with super soft polyester filling and hand finished with hand stitched eyes and detail on his chest.
This wonderful hare stands approx 25cm (10") tall.
Horatio is a complete one of a kind hare and would look great on a window ledge, mantelpiece or shelf. Horatio is not a toy so please don't let him play with children.
Please note due to the vintage nature of this item there is some light staining on the fabric which is shown in the last pic. This adds to the authenticity and charm of this unique piece.
