I love to solder and make little works of art, especially Christmas decorations. My decoration is based on a Victorian image of Father Christmas which has been very popular.
I made this Christmas tree decoration from pieces of glass I have cut to shape, then soldered around them using lead free silver solder giving a shine to the edges which really catches the surrounding light..
Inside the glass is a small image of Santa carrying a glittered Xmas tree and a bag of toys, also a clock face and a sheet of music.
Hopefully you can see from the pictures that I have added star shape to the front panel of the glass, when it catches the light it reflects like a mirror.
The 3D decoration measure 2 inches by 1 inch by half an inch and comes with a ribbon to hang it on your tree or anywhere you would like to hang it.
As this is a 3 dimensional glass object it will be packed in a rigid box and lots of bubble wrap.
