You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Your customer satisfaction is important to me. If there is a problem with your order, please feel free to get in touch with me. Returns - You may ask for a return if you change your mind about your purchase. Just let me know within fourteen working days of receiving your order that you wish to return it. Then post the item back to me in its original unused condition as soon as you can. When I receive the item back you will be given a full refund of the purchase price plus the original postage cost. Any shipping upgrades purchased in addition to the standard shipping are non-refundable. Please take care to ensure that it is adequately and safely packaged when you send it back. I am happy to offer refunds for the full purchase price but the costs of the return postage and packaging will need to be paid by you, the buyer. Damages - If your item arrives damaged please contact me as soon as possible. If you can email me a photograph of the damage and the packaging it will be greatly appreciated. A replacement or a full purchase price refund will be given to you. I will cover the cost of your return and replacement postage. Custom Orders - If your order has been customised or you requested a custom order they are unfortunately non-refundable.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
