Full description
This is a stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
An Autumn leaf and a brand new design.
I've cut the leaf from 6 different types, textures and shades of autumnal red and amber glass.
I've framed it with twisted wire to replicate a serrated leaf edge and it hangs from a little silvery chain which is securely attached to the top of the leaf with a soldered wire ring.
This is 11cm high and 6cm wide.
This item is absolutely unique. I never make two pieces exactly the same, I always use slightly different colours and textures of glass.
All photos are of this leaf as it is the first I've made.
I will undoubtedly make it in other colours, if there is another colour you would like please contact me and I'll make one for you.
