I am inspired by everything natural and organic – especially close up surfaces such as tree bark, rocks, and plants. Whilst concealed amongst these natural surroundings in the landscape, I feel relaxed and at home. I find it amazing to see the changes in rocks and coves caused by weathering and erosion from the sea, bumpy and colourful linear patterns found within fields and hills, and the surfaces in nature where no two marks are ever the same – it is this particular aspect that my ceramics connects to. You will find collections of my work ranging from dandelions to clouds, and leaves to frozen lakes.

Full description
This set of four round handmade ceramic place mats each have a unique hand-engraved blue dandelion design on the surfaces.
Each place mat is approx 20cm in diameter, and can be easily wiped clean. Round rubber feet are attached to the underside, ensuring the mats stay in place and do not scratch the table/surface.
They look stunning displayed on the dining table when not in use holding plates.
These ceramic place mats are a unique one-off item, handmade by me in my studio. No two sets are ever the same.
The item you will receive is the exact set of place mats pictured.
