Having been asked by my brother-in-law to make some 'interesting' ties as he was struggling to find any available I thought they would make a great addition to CatkinJane, they are now a very popular line.

Full description
This handmade tie is made from the lovely floral Liberty print Poppy and Honesty, a Liberty Art fabric which was first produced in the 1930s. It is a cotton tana lawn fabric which is finely woven, light weight and ultra soft; and has lovely gentle blue-grey tones.
The tie is bias cut, hand rolled, and hand sewn closed with a hidden slip stitch which ensures that you will get a perfect knot.
It is a generous length of 59" (150cm) and is regular width of 3" (7.75cm) measured at the widest point
It is also available as a slim tie, 2.5" (6.25cm) at its widest, if you would prefer this please indicate in the 'Note to seller' box during checkout.
