Full description
Poppies in a Cornfield, hand embroidered on a centre panel, decorate the cover of this sticky notes notepad cover.
The design is embroidered, using embroidery threads and ribbons, onto a hand-made background of fused layers of sheer fabric in which silk and mohair fibres have been sandwiched. This panel is then hansticthed onto the notepad cover. Pale blue, linen-type fabric has been used for the cover, stiffened with a double layer of heavy interfacing. The cover closes with ribbons wrapped around a button.
The rear of the cover has a pocket which holds a small sheet of recycled plastic. The notepad is held in place by the the sticky strip on the base of its bottom sheet being 'attached' to the plastic. The sticky notepad, which is supplied, is a standard size and the cover may be re-used by inserting a new notepad in the same way.
