I have made many of these dice, the first one was about 9" cubed, I was really pleased with it. I made it for my very young daughter. It was only when my wife spotted that I had made 9 holes on one side instead of 6 that I realised that I would never make it big in the carpentry field.
No wonder my daughter uses a calculator to work out her sums!

Full description

I make wooden dice, ideal for a young child to play with or for an adult to teach the child to count. Have fun learning to count by playing games. Suitable for pre-school or playschool children or for those who have difficulty holding a smaller dice.

This one is about 2 1/2" across the flats and is made from recycled pine.

The numbers are make from foam and are firmly stuck on to the dice, but I cannot guarantee that little fingers won't attempt to pull them off.

I have sanded all the edges and corners but have not varnished it.

I am also selling a 3 1/2" dice with countersunk holes rather that foam numbers.
