Topsham, I have found, is a bird lover's paradise. Walking along the estuary provides plenty of opportunities to admire a host of beautiful wading birds, including Avocets, Oystercatchers and Red Shanks.

Applique Oystercatchers Cushion
Brighten up a corner of your home with this fabulous Oystercatchers cushion. The central motifs have been appliquéd using free motion machine embroidery stitch, reminiscent of softly drawn pencil lines. With their characteristic red-orange beaks these quirky wading birds are sure to bring a touch of the coast wherever they go. These are one of my favourite birds, often to be seen on early morning walks along the Topsham estuary.

Each cushion measures 30 x 30 cms.
Colour of fabric: muted sand tone.
Removable cover (envelope closing finished with a pretty button)
Duck feather pad.
Cover can be spot cleaned or hand washed.
