Contemporary linocut art print with hand watercolouring, Lady behind the flowers.
This linocut is an adaptation of an original illustration I made for a poetry book commission. The poem is called 'Undone' by Hannah Stone. It describes a man on the battlefield who sees the vision of a lady coming towards him just as he is about to face death. I have tried to create a vision of this woman appearing out of the ether as if she is emerging from the earth/flowers.
I have hand coloured this linocut design which is printed with Graphite black oil based lithographic ink.

The print comes matted, but unframed for ease of postage. I will be happy to provide advice on framing.
All prints are shipped in protective film in sturdy cardboard packaging.
