This is a detailed written KNITTING PATTERN in pdf format for a cute baby chick themed hat. The hat has a roll brim and a garter stitch body with a stocking stitch 'circle' for the chicks motif. The chicks are added using duplicate stitch once the hat has been knit, however they could be added as you knit using the intarsia method. Beads are used for the eyes, but you could add eyes using duplicate stitch if you prefer. The hat is knit flat on two needles with a seam at the back.
The pattern includes row by row written instructions, charts and photos.
Sizes:
0-3(3-6 : 6-12 : 12-24) months
Suggested yarns:
DK yarn in 100% wool, 100% cotton, a wool mix or a cotton mix.
There are no postage costs - the pdf pattern will be emailed to you within 48 hours (usually a lot sooner) of your payment clearing. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the pdf file, if you do not have this programme it is free to download from www.adobe.com
