This cuff design is a developed idea from a larger, 2d piece of work entitled 'All they Took, Pandora' the original design was hand drawn then converted to vector line art and finally to printed line art which is applied to the metal. I love crows and ravens in particular, though much maligned, they are in fact highly intelligent birds able to problem solve and reason and also highly adept at mimicry.

Full description
This steel multi-coloured cuff has the image of Ravens on a patterned sky etched onto the surgical steel surface, polished to create definition and contrast. It has been heat coloured using a jeweller's torch and treated during the cooling process to fix the patina, which is very durable and if the accompanying colour care proceedures are observed, will not fade. The colours are very deep and vibrant, and range from orange, purple, dark blue, light blue, and in some cases, lemon yellow, peach and green. I use environmentally friendly etching processes when producing my designs, and each piece is subtly unique. This will not tarnish as it is polished stainless steel.
