I love this floral fabric and wanted to make a diary cover using it. I thought it would make a lovely gift set with a coin purse to go with it.

This lovely gift set consists of a fabric covered slimline diary and a coin purse in matching fabric.
For the outer purse and diary cover I have used a lovely cotton floral fabric together with a plain cotton denim in a chocolatey brown. Onto this I have appliqued a bright pink heart. I have used the same bright pink polycotton to line both the diary and the coin purse.
The diary cover measures approximately 7" by 3.75" (18 cm by 9.5 cm). The cover is removable and so can be used on future diaries or notebooks of similar size.
The coin purse measures approximately 5.25" (w) by 5" (h), (13.5 cm by 13 cm).
