Turquoise is a stone that has been prized for many years. The ancient Egyptians used turquoise in jewellery. The name means "Turkish stone" as it came to Europe by way of Turkey. Turquoise was mined more than 6,000 years ago in Sinai.

Full description
Stirling Silver and Turquoise bead bracelet adorned with a pretty silver Peace symbol charm. The Turquoise beads are a deep blue / green colour with natural veining, each bead measures about 4 mm in size. The beads are threaded onto strong and stretchy clear thread and should be rolled on the wrist to prevent over stretching. As turquoise is a natural creation the colour will vary slightly. The bracelet measures 7 inches and looks great on it's own or stacked with other bracelets.
